Q:  Can I pay by credit/debit card?

A:  Yes.  We use PayPal and credit cards through a secure payment gateway which enable customers to purchase using credit or debit cards without requiring them to sign up for a PayPal account.

Q:  Do you ship to my country?

A: Not as yet. We will be a worldwide store from 1st Feb 2017.

Q:  I’ve only received some of my order.  Where is the rest of my order?

A:  T-shirts, plates and prints are sometimes shipped separately.  You should receive a partial shipping notification email from the store telling you if parts of your order were shipped on different dates.  If all items were shipped on the same date you will receive a whole order shipping notification.

Q:  How long do orders take to send out?

A:  Orders  can take ‘up to’ two weeks to post out.  You will receive a shipping notification when your order has been sent.

Q:  Do my items come signed by Paul Malone?

A:  We do occasionally have signed limited edition prints that Paul has signed.  To be informed when we have these special editions please like paulmalonearts facebook page so that you will receive updates/info.

Q: Can I use a different shipping address to send someone a gift?

A: Yes, by all means.  People often do this.  Just fill in your details for the billing address and your gift recipients details in the shipping address section.

Q: What does order status 'Pending' mean?

A:  New orders will have the status of 'Pending'. When your order has been processed and sent out it will show an order status of 'Shipped'. You should also receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped from the store.
